We are three pharmacists with more than fifty years of clinical experience between us, spent sitting with people and working out what is actually going on.
Then a pattern started arriving: patients on treatments they had bought online, unsure whether what they were feeling was normal, with no one to ask. A form, a package, and nothing after it.
That is the gap Atelique closes. Treatment is the straightforward part. The hard part is knowing what to expect, and having somebody qualified to ask.

A clinician reads what you have written and speaks with you. Your plan is agreed in that conversation, and a pharmacist checks it before anything is dispensed.

Do I need a referral to start?
No. You fill in an online assessment in your own time, and a pharmacist reads it before anything else happens. Nothing about it is automated.
How long does the assessment take?
About ten minutes, and you can stop and come back to it. It is a medical form rather than a quiz, so take as long as you need over the answers.
What if treatment is not right for me?
You will hear that from us. A conversation comes before any prescription, and deciding not to start is a fine outcome.
Who will I actually speak to?
The same clinician and the same pharmacist, from your first assessment onwards. Your history never has to be explained twice.
How much does it cost?
It depends on which treatment you are prescribed. You will see the full cost before you are asked to pay anything, and there is no separate consultation fee.
Can I pause or stop?
Yes, at any point. Your pharmacist can pause treatment if you need a break, and a monthly plan can be cancelled without notice.
